What customization options are available for activewear?

Customization covers branding, trims, packaging and the garment itself - logo printing, embroidery, labels, custom hardware and branded packaging, plus fit and fabric modifications. We build the full OEM/ODM scope around your brand rather than selling you a size chart to pick from. Our design team can start from a finished tech pack or from a reference garment, a competitor sample or a rough sketch, and will tell you honestly which changes affect cost and which are effectively free.

Branding and decoration

• Printing - silk screen, heat transfer, digital print and sublimation, with 20+ finishes available across our lines.
• Embroidery and patches - logo embroidery, embossed silicone patches and woven badges positioned to your artwork.
• Labels - woven main labels, printed neck labels, size and care labels with the content your market legally requires.
• Hardware and trims - engraved metal aglets, branded zippers, custom-woven drawcords, silicone and rubber details.
• Packaging - polybags, boxes, tissue wrapping, hangtags and retail-ready presentation built for your sales channel.

Garment-level customization

Beyond decoration, we modify construction: fit adjustments and grading to your measurement chart, fabric substitution from our 200+ material library, colour matching against your Pantone reference, seam and hem changes, pocket and panel reconfiguration, and elastic or compression tuning for different support levels. Sports bras, leggings, hoodies, shorts, tanks and tees all run through the same customization process, so a collection can share branding and handfeel across categories.

How the process runs

You send the requirement; our design team returns a measurement sheet, material proposal and decoration placement for approval. Sampling then runs about 7 days, and the approved sample locks the specification into your production file. Because we cover OEM and ODM, you can hand over a complete design or ask us to develop the style from a mood board - most clients start with a hybrid, keeping their own silhouette and letting us solve the construction.
