Yes - fabric innovation is one of our core strengths. We develop custom knits and finishes, from high-weight French terry for streetwear hoodies to specialised moisture-wicking constructions for training gear, and we match colour to your Pantone reference under a standard light box to about 99% accuracy. The aim is a fabric that is unmistakably yours, not a catalogue cloth with your label on it.

How colour matching works

Colour is matched from your Pantone or physical reference through a lab-dip process, then verified under a standard light box so the result is judged under controlled lighting rather than showroom glare. We target around 99% accuracy against the reference, and the approved dip becomes the master the mill dyes against. Because a dye lot can shift, every bulk batch is re-checked against that master under the same light box before cutting - that is what keeps a 10,000-piece run the same colour as the approved sample.

From development to bulk production

Once a custom fabric and its colour are approved at sampling, both are locked into your production file by specification and lot. Reorders reuse the same cloth, so a colourway you launch this season still matches when you replenish next season. If you are developing a signature fabric, we can also hold buffer stock against your forecast so a bestseller is never waiting on a mill lead time.
