Yes. For sportswear OEM orders, beyond our in-house AQL 1.5 inspection we arrange third-party lab testing through SGS, Intertek and similar bodies for fabric strength, colourfastness and restricted-substance compliance, with reports supplied for your market.
What our sportswear factory can test
- Fabric strength - tensile and tear strength for performance wear.
- Colourfastness - wash, rub and light fastness per market rules.
- Restricted substances - REACH and similar screened on request.
- Composition - fibre content verified against the labelled spec.
How testing is arranged for OEM sportswear
Testing is booked per your destination requirement and timed against production, so reports land with the shipment rather than after it. For EU and US retail programmes this paper trail is often what clears intake, and we coordinate the lab directly so you are not sourcing it yourself.
