What artwork file formats do you need for custom activewear printing?
For custom activewear printing our factory accepts AI, PDF, PNG and SVG artwork, ideally vector or CMYK at 150-300 dpi, and we advise sublimation, screen or embroidery based on your fabric and run size.
Artwork our activewear factory prefers
- Vector first - AI, PDF, SVG scale cleanly for print.
- Raster ok - PNG at 150-300 dpi for photo art.
- CMYK colour - matches the printed result, not screen RGB.
- Placement map - tell us where the logo sits per size.
Why the right file avoids print rejects
A low-res or RGB file is the most common cause of a print that looks right on screen and wrong on cloth. Sending the format we specify means the sample prints true first time, so bulk is not delayed by a artwork fix.
