Can I order a sample before placing a wholesale apparel order?

Yes. You can order a pre-production sample before committing to a bulk wholesale apparel order. We build every sample through the same pattern-making, cutting, sewing and quality-check process we use for mass production, so the piece you approve is the piece we ship. Sampling is charged at USD 50 per style to cover materials and labour, and shipping is billed separately. A reasonable deposit is required when you confirm the production order.

What the sampling process looks like

Sampling starts from your tech pack, reference garment or even a rough sketch. Our design team turns it into a measurement sheet and pattern, then confirms fabric, trim and print method with you before anything is cut. Sampling takes 7-10 days for most activewear styles, including sports bras, leggings, hoodies, shorts and training tops. Once the sample is approved, the same pattern and fabric lot specification is locked into your production file.

What your sample includes

• Fit and construction - graded pattern, seam type, elastic and stitch density confirmed on the actual garment.
• Fabric and handfeel - the exact sourced fabric, weight and stretch so you can test it against your target market.
• Branding and trims - woven labels, care labels, zippers, drawcords, silicone prints or embroidery.
• Colour accuracy - lab-dip or Pantone matching so bulk dye lots stay consistent with the approved sample.
• Sample report - measurements and inspection notes so your team can sign off objectively.

How sampling fits your wholesale order

Sampling is a standalone service, so no minimum order quantity is attached to it - you can validate a design before you invest in bulk. When you move to production, a deposit confirms the order and the approved sample becomes the quality reference on our factory floor. For larger programmes we can also produce size sets and sales samples for your showroom or trade show.
