What are your terms for international shipping?

We ship worldwide, with FOB Shenzhen as our standard term and CIF, DDU or DDP available by arrangement. Goods leave from Shenzhen, one of the world's busiest export hubs, which keeps freight options and carrier competition strong. The right term depends on whether you want to control the ocean leg yourself or have us deliver closer to your door.

Shipping terms we offer

• FOB Shenzhen (standard) - we deliver goods on board at Shenzhen; you manage the ocean freight and insurance.
• CIF - we arrange freight and insurance to your destination port.
• DDU / DDP - delivered to your warehouse or door, with duties handled (DDP) where the lane supports it.
• Air freight - available for urgent replenishments and small high-value runs.
• Door-to-door or port-to-port - chosen to match your logistics setup.

How cost is calculated

Freight is based on weight, volume, destination and the speed you need. Because cartons are packed to your garment dimensions, volumetric weight stays low and air freight stays sensible. We work with established freight forwarders and can quote both sea and air so you can balance cost against lead time. For recurring orders we can also consolidate shipments against your replenishment calendar instead of shipping ad hoc.

What we handle for you

Export documentation, packing lists and customs paperwork for the lane are prepared as part of the order, and we confirm incoterms and declared value with you before booking. If you have a preferred forwarder we work with them; if not, we propose one suited to your destination. The goal is a shipment that clears smoothly rather than one that sits in a port waiting on a missing form.
