Yes. We have the capacity to handle large volume orders and can scale production to meet demand without compromising quality or delivery. Our two factories cover a combined 20,000 m² and produce 500,000 pieces per month, supported by more than 1,000 employees. Volume for us is a scheduling question, not a threshold we have to check whether we can cross.

What supports high volume

• Consistent inspection - AQL 1.5 across 8 rounds of checking, applied per batch at volume exactly as at trial scale.

Why volume does not dilute quality here

Scaling usually goes wrong when inspection is treated as a final gate - by the time 40,000 pieces are packed, a defect found at the end is expensive. We inspect in-line, so each batch is checked as it moves and problems are corrected before they multiply. Colour is verified under a light box per dye lot, and needle detection runs before packing. The monthly output of 500,000 pieces is what allows a large order to be spread sensibly rather than compressed into a rushed run.

How to scale an existing style

If you already produce with us, growing volume is straightforward: the pattern, construction file and fabric specification are locked, so an expanded order reuses the approved sample as its quality reference. If you are moving a programme to us from another supplier, we start with a counter-sample against your existing garment to prove the fit and handfeel match before committing to volume.
