Yes. Sustainability is built into our material programme, not bolted on. We source recycled polyester and nylon, organic cotton and biodegradable fibres from GRS-certified mills, and we can supply the mill documentation your market needs to make a recycled claim that survives scrutiny. For a next-season eco line, the starting point is usually a recycled substitution of the performance fabric you already want.

Materials we can source

• RPET recycled polyester - from post-consumer bottles, with the same wicking and print performance as virgin polyester.
• Recycled nylon - regenerated from industrial and ocean-bound waste for leggings, swim and outer layers.
• Organic cotton - for low-intensity and lounge styles where softness and breathability lead.
• Bio-based and biodegradable fibres - plant-derived and compostable options for selected constructions.
• Tencel and other cellulosics - closed-loop fibres with a lower water and chemical footprint.

Certifications and compliance

Because we hold GRS and OEKO-TEX certification, a recycled or low-impact claim on your garment can be traced to the mill and the batch rather than resting on a supplier's word. We provide the documentation required for EU and US market access - fibre content, restricted substances and care labelling - so an eco claim does not stall at customs or at a retailer's compliance gate. If your brand carries its own standard, such as a specific recycled content percentage, we build the fabric and the paperwork to meet it.

Designing an eco line that still performs

Sustainability and performance are not a trade-off here. Recycled polyester wicks and prints as well as virgin; recycled nylon matches the abrasion resistance of conventional nylon. The design work is in balancing recycled content, handfeel and cost, then confirming it at sampling. We will show you a recycled and a conventional option side by side so the decision is informed by touch, not just by a spec sheet.
