How do you protect our proprietary designs and intellectual property (IP)?

We treat intellectual property with the utmost seriousness, starting with a formal NDA signed before any tech pack, sketch or exclusive fabric pattern is shared. Your custom developments and private moulds are never displayed in our public showrooms or reused for other clients without your explicit written authorisation. Protection is contractual and operational, not a polite promise.

The protection framework

• Contractual NDA - a binding agreement in place before confidential material changes hands.
• Exclusive pattern control - graded patterns and construction files held against your brand only.
• Private mould quarantine - custom dies, trims and moulds not shared or reused without authorisation.
• No showroom disclosure - your developments are kept out of public display and competitor view.
• Written authorisation required - any reuse of your IP needs your explicit, documented consent.

Why IP protection matters in manufacturing

A factory sits between a brand and the market, and a weak IP posture is the fastest way a bestselling design becomes a commodity sold by someone else. We close that gap with both paper and practice: the NDA sets the legal boundary, and operational controls - restricted file access, quarantined moulds, no public display - make the boundary real on the floor. For brands whose product is their differentiation, that discipline is part of the value we provide, not a footnote.

Handling sensitive or exclusive work

If your programme includes exclusive fabric, a signature trim or a private mould, tell us at the briefing stage so we flag it in the production file and apply the stricter controls from sampling onward. The same NDA covers the whole relationship, so a style developed this season stays yours when you reorder next season. Should you ever exit a programme, the confidential assets are returned or destroyed per the agreement rather than retained.
