Yes - we offer full-service sourcing for customized branding hardware. We work directly with leading trim suppliers to develop custom-engraved metal aglets, branded heavy-duty zippers including waterproof matte YKK options, embossed silicone patches and custom-woven drawcords built to your exact specifications. Trims are where a garment either reads as premium or reads as generic, so we treat them as a design decision rather than a purchasing line item.

What we can develop

• Zippers - branded pulls and sliders, heavy-duty and waterproof matte YKK options, custom tape colour to match the garment.
• Metal hardware - custom-engraved aglets, cord locks, eyelets, rivets, buckle ends and logo-embossed stoppers.
• Drawcords and elastics - custom-woven or knitted drawcords with your pattern, jacquard elastic waistbands, silicone-gripped bands.
• Silicone and rubber details - embossed or printed silicone patches, grip strips, brand tabs and moulded logos.

Why sourcing trims in-house matters

When trims are bought separately by the client, mismatched dies, delayed deliveries and colour drift become the client's problem, and they land in the middle of a production run. We develop hardware alongside the sample, so the trim on the approved sample is the trim we can actually order in volume. That single point of accountability is why trims rarely delay an order here - the supplier, the die and the colour specification are already locked before cutting starts.

Cost and minimums

Engraved and moulded hardware carries tooling, so custom dies usually make sense at higher volumes; below that we steer you to existing moulds with your brand applied by laser engraving or pad printing. Custom-woven drawcords and jacquard elastics have their own minimums per pattern. Tell us your target quantity with the design and we will tell you where the sensible threshold sits instead of pushing you into tooling you cannot amortise.
