What in-line quality checks does your sportswear factory run?

Inside our sportswear factory we run in-line quality checks at cutting, sewing and finishing, so a defect is caught at the station where it happens rather than at the carton at the end of the line.

In-line checks across our production

• Cutting check - panels measured before they sew.
• Sewing check - stitch and construction audited per run.
• Finishing check - trim, press and pack verified.
• Station stop - a fault halts the line, not the shipment.

Why in-line beats end-of-line only

An end-of-line inspection finds defects; it does not stop them. In-line checks mean a cutting error never reaches sewing and a seam fault never reaches finishing, which is how a 20,000 m² plant holds one standard without a massive reject pile at the end.
