Will you disclose our product designs to third parties?

No. We do not share, disclose or reveal any details of your product designs to third parties. Confidentiality is built into how we work: a non-disclosure agreement is signed before any tech pack, sketch or exclusive pattern is shared, and your developments remain yours alone. Your trust in that confidentiality is the foundation of a private-label partnership, and we protect it at every step.

How we keep your designs confidential

• NDA before disclosure - signed before tech packs, sketches or exclusive fabric patterns change hands.
• No third-party sharing - your designs are never shown to other clients, suppliers beyond need, or public showrooms.
• Private moulds and patterns - custom developments are not reused for other clients without your written authorisation.
• Access control - development files are restricted to the team working on your order.
• Brand-neutral output - nothing we produce carries our name unless you ask; your brand is the only identity that reaches the customer.

What stays invisible to the market

Beyond the garment itself, the things that make your product yours - the pattern, the custom fabric, the trim, the fit - stay inside the partnership. We do not display your developments in public showrooms, and custom moulds or exclusive patterns developed for you are quarantined from other clients. If a supplier needs to see a component to produce it, that exposure is governed by the same confidentiality obligations, and only the minimum needed is shared.

Starting a confidential project

The cleanest path is to sign the NDA before sending your tech pack or reference garment, so protection is in place from the first conversation. From there, sampling and bulk run on the same confidential footing, and the approved sample plus production file stay locked to your brand. For brands moving sensitive or bestselling designs to us from another supplier, this front-loaded confidentiality is usually the deciding factor in the switch.
