Production scheduling is built from the orders already in the queue, so a rush requirement raised later can only be quoted against whatever line capacity happens to be left. Raised up front, we can reserve a cutting slot and a sewing line for your style from the start, which is what actually makes the shorter timeline possible. A rush fee calculated on a per-day basis applies to expedite processing, and we confirm both feasibility and cost before you approve anything.

Why timing of the request matters more than the fee

A normal bulk order runs about 25 days after sample approval. Compressing that means moving your style ahead of others in the queue, adding shifts, and in some cases sourcing fabric faster than the standard mill lead time. Every one of those levers has a cost and a limit, and both are easier to arrange at the quotation stage than two weeks into production. What we need from you for a realistic rush quote

• Your latest acceptable delivery date - the date the goods must leave Shenzhen, not the date you would prefer them.
• Quantity and style count - one style rushes more easily than six, and smaller volumes compress more safely.
• Fabric status - whether the fabric is already approved or still needs development, since that is often the true bottleneck.
• Branding and packaging readiness - label artwork and packaging confirmed early, so finishing does not become the delay.
• Sample approval - a signed-off sample is what unlocks the production start date.

How we protect quality when the clock is short

A rush order still passes the same inspection regime: AQL 1.5 across 8 rounds of checking, in-line and final. What we compress is scheduling and logistics, not the quality gates - if inspection fails, the pieces are reworked or remade, and that is true whether the order was rushed or not.
