What type of packaging do you provide for custom sportswear?

We offer custom packaging including polybags, boxes and fully branded presentation, and we can add hangtags, care labels and product information. Packaging is configured to the channel your goods are actually sold through, because a retail hangtag programme, a wholesale carton count and an ecommerce unboxing set have different requirements and different costs. Tell us where the product is going and we will spec the pack to match.

Packaging options by channel

• Ecommerce and DTC - branded polybags or mailer-ready boxes, tissue wrapping, product information cards, return-ready presentation.
• Retail and department stores - high-density hangtags, price-tag attachment, barcodes, size stickers and shelf-ready folding.
• Wholesale and distribution - individually bagged units inside custom-sized master cartons with your shipping marks and carton counts.
• Marketplace fulfilment - FNSKU or ASIN labelling, polybag warnings and packing to the centre's intake specification.
• Basic and eco options - plain or recycled polybags with minimal labels where packaging cost has to stay lean.

What goes on and in the pack

Beyond the bag or box, we can add woven main labels, printed size labels, care and content labels written to your market's requirements, woven or printed hangtags, and product information sheets covering fabric composition, care and sizing. All of it carries your brand, never ours. Because we develop packaging alongside the sample, you approve the real physical presentation rather than a digital mock-up.

Keeping packaging cost sensible

Packaging is a volume-cost item like any other: printed polybags and custom cartons have minimum quantities, while stock polybags plus a custom hangtag is a cheaper route to a branded look for a first order. We will tell you the cost difference between the two rather than assuming you want the full unboxing set, and for a trial collection we normally recommend keeping packaging simple and upgrading once sell-through is proven.
