OEM Custom V-Neck Compression Bra — Specs & What You Can Customize
The six variables a buyer sets on this style and what we can run on each — confirmed on your tech pack before bulk starts.
OEM Custom Compression Sports Bra — Design & Features
A shallow V neckline over a front split into two panels by a centre seam, with broad straps and a thin crossing detail at the back. Built for training, not for layering.

Centre Seam, Shallow V
A single vertical seam splits the front into two panels and holds the V at a shallow depth. The seam is what keeps the neckline from dropping when the compression knit relaxes — on a plain front the same pattern would open wider after a few wears.

Thin Crossing Detail at the Back
The broad straps run into a slim crossing detail above a horizontal band on the back. The crossing is a design line, not the load path: the band and the panel do the supporting, which means the thin straps never take the weight.

Broad Cushioned Strap Edge
The strap edge is folded and cushioned where it crosses the shoulder, so a compression fit does not leave a line on the skin. On the deeper colours the cushioning is invisible from outside, but you can feel the difference on the second hour of wear.
OEM Custom V-Neck Training Bra — Detail Close-ups
The centre seam and how it holds the V, the cushioned strap edge, and the crossing detail on the back.

Neckline and Centre Seam Join
Where the centre seam meets the bound neckline. The seam is stopped short of the binding and the binding carries the curve across, so the V sits flat at the point where the two panels meet instead of pulling into a peak.

Strap Root and Panel Edge
The strap root and the panel edge in close-up: the root is bar-tacked into the panel rather than the band, so under compression the load passes into the panel and the band stays flat against the ribs.
OEM Custom Compression Yoga Bra — Material & Construction
Compression knit weight, seam placement, and the finishing that keeps a high-compression bra from marking the skin.
A high-compression bra is only comfortable if the seams are placed where the fabric is not under tension, so the centre seam on this style stops short of the neckline and the strap roots are bar-tacked into the panel rather than the band. We build it at 260-340 GSM with a high-recovery stretch, which is what lets the fit hold through a session instead of easing out. Lighter knit weights are possible on the same pattern for a studio version, at some cost to support.
| Specification | Details |
|---|---|
| Fabric | Nylon/spandex compression knit, 260-340 GSM (polyester/spandex on request) |
| Colour | Multi colour optional — matched to your Pantone No. |
| Bra construction | Shallow V front, centre panel seam, broad cushioned straps, back crossing detail |
| Cup | Removable chest pad as standard; bonded cup on request |
| Sizing | XXS–XXXL, made to your size chart |
| Finish | Moisture-wicking, high-recovery stretch, tag-free interior, flatlock seams |
Which Compression Build Fits Your Range — Panel Seam vs Plain vs Zip Front
Three training builds on one support block, and the buy profile each one suits.
| Factor | Panel Seam (This Style) | Plain Front | Zip Front |
|---|---|---|---|
| Support | High, from panel and band | Medium | High |
| Seam count at the front | One vertical seam | None | One centre opening |
| Hardware | None | None | Zip and zip guard |
| Neckline stability | Held by the seam | Eases with wear | Held by the zip |
| Branding area | Upper panel or centre seam line | Centre band | Along the zip |
| Best for | Training and team ranges | Everyday and studio | Ease-of-wear ranges |
We run all three off one support block so a buyer can hold a training range and an everyday range without two size charts. The panel seam is the one to lead with when support is the message: it holds the neckline through a full session, which a plain front cannot promise once the knit eases. If your range is sold on bounce control, order the panel seam as the hero and the plain front as the entry price point.
OEM Custom Compression Bra — Usage Scenarios
The training sessions this compression build is engineered around.
High-Impact Training
The compression knit and the support panel are specified for running and interval sessions, not for mat work.
Gym & Fitness
The cushioned strap edge is the difference on a long strength session, where a raw edge starts to mark the shoulder.
Team & Club Kit
A hardware-free build in full-depth colour is the usual pick for club orders, because there is no zip to size around.
Yoga & Pilates
The centre seam keeps the neckline stable through folds, where a plain front tends to gape.
Everyday Support
Sold as the support layer under a work shirt rather than as a visible top.
Private-Label Launch
One pattern covers a training range and a heavier support style, which keeps the size chart single.

Frequently Asked Questions — OEM Sports Bra Manufacturer (Wholesale & Private Label)
As a direct OEM sports bra manufacturer and wholesale factory, we support private-label launches with flexible minimums, paid sampling, and full logo, label, and packaging customization.
How does this compare with your heavier support styles?
It sits in the middle of the group: the compression knit and support panel give more hold than our studio builds, and less than a racerback training bra. If your range needs one style that covers classes and light running, this pattern is the usual fit; for full running ranges, pair it with a racerback block.
Will the centre seam mark the chest?
The seam is flatlocked and stopped below the neckline binding, so it lies flat against the skin rather than standing up. We check it on the wearer at the sample stage; if your market is sensitive to seam marks, we can move the seam off-centre on the same pattern.
Can the back crossing detail be removed?
Yes. The crossing is a design line rather than a load path, so it can be taken off and the straps run straight into the band without changing the support. We would normally run both versions on the first sample if you are unsure which sells in your market.
Will you disclose our product designs to third parties?
No, we prioritize the confidentiality of our clients' product designs. At Cut and Sew Apparel, we have strict measures in place to ensure the security of your intellectual property. We do not share, disclose, or reveal any details of your unique product designs to third parties. Your trust in our commitment to confidentiality is of utmost importance, and we take all necessary steps to safeguard your proprietary information.
Do you have experience exporting to our specific region (US/Europe/Australia)?
Yes, we have over a decade of experience exporting premium apparel worldwide, with a heavy presence in the United States, Europe, and Australia. We understand the custom regulations, labeling laws, and packaging standards of these regions, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free delivery door-to-door or port-to-port. Compression knit weights are the variable most often driven by regional labelling rules, so tell us the market and we confirm the composition and the care wording against it before the tech pack is signed.
Why Partner With Us for Your Compression Bra Range
One project manager runs your account from tech pack to loaded container, and the 500,000 pieces we run each month across two plants are made by our 1,000+ skilled workers — enough recovery capacity that a training range in two or three compression weights can run together instead of as separate orders.
