How Our Jacket Programs Are Set Up
Outerwear is the most technical category we run. Shell, lining, zips and trims are sourced as one package at approval, and fit is tested over a base layer rather than on its own.
Women's and men's programs are patterned separately, so a cropped women's shell and a men's windbreaker never share a block even when both use the same fabric.

Can women's and men's jackets be developed together?
Yes, at 300 pcs per design. Each program keeps its own blocks, so a shared drop can still be graded correctly for both fits.
Do you source zips and trims for us?
Shell, lining, zips and trims are sourced as one package at approval, and the trim set is confirmed before sampling starts.
How do you control quality before shipment?
Zip function, seam strength and finish performance are checked at bulk stage under AQL 1.5 across an 8-step QC process, with a photo report before balance payment.
