How Our T-Shirt Programs Are Set Up
T-shirts are cut on two block systems — men's and women's — because a single unisex block is the fastest way to lose fit consistency across a size run. Each keeps its own shoulder, chest and length grading.
Fabric splits by end use: performance jerseys for training lines, combed and pima cotton for lifestyle capsules. Both bases are held in running programs, so sampling does not wait on fabric booking.

Two Block Systems
Men's and women's blocks graded separately for shoulder, chest and length, so fit holds across the full size run.

Dry-fit polyester and nylon-spandex jerseys alongside combed and pima cotton, with GRS recycled options.
Print and Label Branding
Screen print, heat transfer, silicone print, embroidery and woven labels applied to your artwork.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
AQL 1.5 with a documented 8-step QC process and photo report shared before balance payment.
Can men's and women's T-shirts ship in one order?
Yes. Both programs run on the same floor at 300 pcs per design, and colourways are dyed together so a capsule matches across styles.
Do you hold fabric for T-shirt orders?
Performance jerseys and cotton bases are held in running programs, which is why sampling starts in 7-10 days instead of waiting on fabric booking.
How do you control quality before shipment?
Shrinkage, seam strength and print adhesion are checked at bulk stage under AQL 1.5 across an 8-step QC process, with a photo report before balance payment.
