Squat-Proof Opacity Testing
Every knit is stretch-tested for opacity and re-checked after wash cycles — no see-through failures on deep squats.
No-Front-Seam Program
No-front-seam cutting and bonding methods are in production, removing the center seam that causes chafing and camel-toe.
Waistband Engineering
High-rise waistbands use custom-drawn elastic ratios sized to the garment, so the band holds shape without rolling or digging.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
AQL 1.5 with a documented 8-step QC process and photo report shared before balance payment.
Are the leggings squat-proof after repeated washing?
Yes. Knits are selected and stretch-tested for opacity before bulk, then re-checked after wash cycles — spandex content and stitch tension are controlled so the fabric stays opaque through the garment's life.
Can you do no-front-seam and flared styles?
Yes. No-front-seam constructions and flared bell-bottom patterns are both in current production, each on dedicated blocks with their own grading.
What is your MOQ as an activewear manufacturer?
300 pcs per design with mixed sizes and colors. As a Dongguan activewear manufacturer since 2014, we support small-batch OEM/ODM production for growing brands.
How fast can you deliver samples and bulk?
Sampling takes 7-10 days (USD 50 per style plus freight). Bulk production runs about 25 days after sample approval, depending on fabric and trim availability.
