Two Seasonal Programs
AW26 covers fleece and cotton-rib cold-weather sets; SS26 covers seamless and lightweight warm-weather sets. Both are developed on the same Dongguan floor.
Monthly Development Cycle
New blocks are sampled every month and approved styles are added here with tech-pack notes, so buyers can shortlist before a season opens.
From Sample to Repeat Order
Sampling takes 7–10 days at USD 50 per style plus freight, then bulk runs about 25 days after approval — the same window whether you reorder or develop new.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
AQL 1.5 with a documented 8-step QC process and photo report shared before balance payment.
Our design room issues a seasonal brief with colour direction and fabric options before sampling starts.
Each new block is cut, sewn and fitted in house, then photographed for the index.
A buyer develops the block with their branding and approves the fit and fabric.
The style is added here with its tech-pack notes, ready for other brands to develop.
How often is this page updated?
New blocks are sampled every month and approved styles are added with their tech-pack notes, so the index reflects what is actually open for development right now.
What is your MOQ as an activewear manufacturer?
300 pcs per design with mixed sizes and colours. Growing brands usually start with one or two styles from this index, then scale into a full seasonal program.
Can I develop a style that is not listed yet?
Yes. Send a tech pack, a sketch or a reference sample and we develop the block, sample it in 7–10 days and quote bulk once fabric and trim are confirmed.
How do you control quality before shipment?
Every order passes AQL 1.5 inspection across an 8-step QC process, with a photo inspection report shared before the balance payment.
