Wicking finish applied at dyeing stage so performance survives repeated washing.
What fabrics work best for a spring/summer collection?
Nylon-spandex jersey, seamless knit and lightweight interlock. We match composition and stretch recovery from your tech pack, or from a physical reference sample you send us.
Can seamless and bonded styles sit in one order?
Yes. Seamless knitting and bonded cut-and-sew run on the same Dongguan floor, so one drop can mix seamless sets, bonded crop tops and lightweight skirts at 300 pcs per design.
How fast can you deliver samples and bulk?
Sampling takes 7–10 days at USD 50 per style plus freight, and bulk runs about 25 days after approval. Lightweight SS fabrics are held in running programs, which keeps that window tight.
How do you check stretch and print quality before shipment?
Stretch recovery, seam strength and print adhesion are tested at bulk stage under AQL 1.5 across an 8-step QC process, with a photo report shared before balance payment.
