Can the flare be widened without re-grading the whole leg?
Yes. The flare is drafted from the knee down, so it is amended independently of the thigh and hip block, which means changing the flare width does not force a new grade across the range. Send us the hem opening you want in centimetres and we redraft the lower leg only, then check it on the size you sell most.
Will the wide waistband fold over during forward folds?
A deep band holds better than a narrow one because there is more surface to grip, and ours is cut double-layered for that reason. The failure point is usually the top edge rather than the band itself, so we stabilise it and then test on a body in a fold; if your fit model is between sizes, tell us and we tune the band tension on the sample.
What leg lengths can this pant be cut in?
The full-length flare shown is the standard, and the same block runs as a cropped flare for markets that sell a shorter leg. Length on this style is graded by inseam rather than by body size, so you can hold one waist and hip grade and still offer two or three leg options without carrying separate patterns.
